We have confirmed that some cards implemented on Thursday, November 27, 2025 were affected by a misaligned holo print issue.
This issue has been fixed in “Card Maker Ver.1.44-48,” which went live on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Cards can now be printed correctly.
Fix Details
We have fixed an issue where the holo print on the following card was printed misaligned.

Card Exchange
If you printed a card on or before Wednesday, March 4, 2026 and wish to exchange it for a corrected card, please send the 【pre-fix holo print card】 along with a 【note containing the required shipping information】 to the address below.
Once the defect is confirmed, we will exchange your card for a corrected physical card.

【Important Notes】
・Please send your package using a delivery method that allows arrival confirmation (such as courier service) with shipping paid by the recipient (chakubarai).
・Customization settings will be reproduced on the replacement physical card to match those on the pre-fix card.
・If you send the card via regular mail or any other method that does not allow arrival confirmation, we cannot verify receipt of the package. In the event of loss or other incidents, liability cannot be determined and we may be unable to offer compensation.
・Please retain the shipping label receipt until the replacement card arrives.
・When packaging your card, please take precautions against water damage, bending, and scratches or dirt — for example, by placing the card in a plastic bag and sandwiching it between cardboard or corrugated sheets.
Please also note that packaging materials will generally not be returned, so please use packaging materials you do not need returned.
・Please allow approximately two weeks for the exchange to be completed.
・Personal information provided will be used solely for shipping-related purposes.
・If the defect cannot be confirmed, the card you sent may be returned to you. Please be aware of this in advance.
・The exchange deadline is the end of May 2026.
