Regarding the Correction of Card Numbers

Thank you for your continued support of “ONGEKI Re:Fresh.”
We have identified an issue with certain cards implemented on Thursday, February 19, 2026, where incorrect card numbers were assigned.
This has been fixed in “Card Maker Ver.1.44-50,” which went live on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and cards can now be printed correctly.

 

Fix Details

We have corrected an issue where the card numbers for the following cards did not match the intended values.

Card Exchange

If you printed a card on or before Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and would like to exchange it for a corrected card, please send 【the card printed with the incorrect card number】 along with 【a note containing the required information for shipping】 to the address below.
Upon confirming the issue, we will exchange your card for a corrected physical card.

【Important Notes】
・Please send your package using a delivery method that allows tracking (such as courier service) with cash-on-delivery (recipient pays shipping).
・Customize settings will be exchanged to match those of the physical card prior to the text correction.
・If you send your package via standard mail or any other method that does not allow delivery confirmation, we cannot verify receipt of the package, and in the event of loss or other accidents, liability cannot be determined and compensation may not be provided.
・Please retain your shipping receipt until the replacement card arrives.
・When packing the card, please take precautions to prevent water damage, bending, scratches, or soiling — for example, by placing the card in a plastic bag and sandwiching it between cardboard or corrugated board.
Additionally, as packaging materials are generally not returned, please use packaging you do not need back.
・The exchange process may take approximately two weeks.
・Personal information provided will only be used for shipping-related purposes.
・If the issue cannot be confirmed, we may return the card you sent. Please be aware of this in advance.
・The exchange deadline is the end of June 2026.
