Regarding a Card Printing Issue

Thank you for playing “ONGEKI SUMMER”. We have confirmed that cards printed by “Card Maker Ver.1.22”, which was in operation from Thursday, August 22nd, contained a defect. This has been fixed in “Card Maker Ver.1.23”, which went into operation on Saturday, August 24th, and cards can now be printed normally.

Details of the Issue

For all cards printed by “Card Maker Ver.1.22”, information such as the “Card No.” displayed at the bottom of the card was not being printed.

Regarding Exchanges

If you printed a card on or before Friday, August 23rd and wish to exchange it for a correctly printed card, please prepare all of the following information and contact ‘SEGA AM User Support‘. 【Information Required for Your Inquiry】 Aime access code used to print the card: Store name where the card was printed: Date and time of printing: Name of the printed card (character name / title): Number of cards you wish to exchange (number of cards to be sent in): 【Please Note】 ・Exchanges are limited to cards that you yourself have printed. ・The exchange deadline is the end of February 2020.
