If you printed your card on or before Wednesday, September 3, 2025, and wish to exchange it for a corrected card, please send the 【Physical card printed with the pre-correction text】 along with a 【note containing the required shipping information】 to the address below.
Upon confirmation of the issue, we will exchange it for a corrected physical card.

【Important Notes】
· Please send your package using a method that allows delivery confirmation (such as a courier service) with cash-on-delivery (recipient pays shipping).
· Customize settings will be exchanged to match those of the physical card before the text correction.
· If you send the package via regular mail or another method that does not allow delivery confirmation, we will be unable to verify its arrival, and in the event of loss or other incidents, we may not be able to determine responsibility or provide compensation.
· Please retain your shipping receipt until the card has been delivered to you.
· When packaging the card, please take precautions against water damage, bending, and scratches by placing the card in a plastic bag and sandwiching it between cardboard or corrugated board.
Additionally, please note that packaging materials used for shipping will generally not be returned, so please use materials you do not need returned.
· The exchange process may take approximately two weeks.
· Any personal information provided will only be used for shipping-related purposes.
· If the issue cannot be confirmed, the card you sent may be returned to you. Please be aware of this in advance.
· The exchange deadline is by the end of November 2025.
