9/30 (Wed.) “Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” Event Starts! New Event “Technical Challenge” Launches Simultaneously!

A collaboration event with “Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” will be held from 9/30 (Wed.) to 11/4 (Wed.) 23:59!

In the event chapter, you can obtain cards for each character by exchanging Event Jewels!
※ Almighty Jewels cannot be used in collaboration chapters.

Here are the SR cards obtainable through Jewel exchange!
※ Cards from this event are “Digital Cards” and cannot be printed or unbloomed at the Card Maker.
Unblooming / Super Unblooming can be performed using “Unbloom Tickets.”

The “Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” collaboration chapter can be selected from the Event tab on the chapter selection screen without needing to unlock it.

Regarding the “Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” event, a Ranking Event is planned to be held at a later date.

“Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” Technical Challenge Begins!

A Technical Challenge event for “Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica” will be held from 9/30 (Wed.) to 11/4 (Wed.) 23:59!

What is the Technical Challenge?

The Technical Challenge is a new feature added in ONGEKI R.E.D., where players compete based on the combined TECHNICAL SCORE of designated challenge songs.

＜How to Participate in the Technical Challenge＞
You can participate by playing any “Technical Challenge target charts” during the event period.
※ You can participate regardless of which chapter you play in.
In Technical Challenge target chapters, you can check your current score and ranking from the “Technical Challenge” category.

※ The image shown is from a build in development. The song selection may differ from the actual event.

＜Technical Challenge Rankings＞
Rankings in the Technical Challenge are determined by the highest combined TECHNICAL SCORE across all target charts.
If combined TECHNICAL SCOREs are tied, the player with the higher combined PLATINUM SCORE will rank higher.

Your current score and ranking can be checked in the “Technical Challenge” tab within the event chapter.
They can also be viewed on ONGEKI-NET under “Events” → the applicable event → “Technical Challenge.”
※ Rankings are updated daily at 7:00 AM during the event period, both on the arcade cabinet and ONGEKI-NET.

In the Technical Challenge, titles will be awarded to players who place within the top 500.
Additionally, all participants will receive a “Free Gacha Ticket ×1,” and players who place within the top 500 will receive a “Free Gacha Ticket [SR Guaranteed] ×1.”

＜About PLATINUM BREAK / PLATINUM SCORE＞
When playing Technical Challenge target charts, a new judgment tier above CRITICAL BREAK — “PLATINUM CRITICAL BREAK” (hereafter PLATINUM BREAK) — will be displayed.
The display of PLATINUM BREAK can be toggled on or off in the options.
Additionally, “Judgment Detail Display: CRITICAL” will be added to the options.

When playing Technical Challenge target charts, a PLATINUM SCORE will be saved in addition to the regular TECHNICAL SCORE.
PLATINUM SCORE is calculated using the following formula:
PLATINUM SCORE = (PLATINUM BREAK * 2) + (CRITICAL BREAK * 1) – (DAMAGE * 2) – (Number of missed BELLs * 2)
※ If the total falls below 0, it will be counted as 0.
※ PLATINUM SCORE will still be displayed even if “PLATINUM BREAK Display” is set to OFF in the options.

The PLATINUM SCORE ranking by song can be viewed on ONGEKI-NET under “Events” → “Event Name” → “Technical Challenge” → select the target chart.
For non-target charts, PLATINUM BREAK will not be displayed and scores will not be tallied.
