Rankings in the Technical Challenge are determined by the highest combined TECHNICAL SCORE across all target charts.
If combined TECHNICAL SCOREs are tied, the player with the higher combined PLATINUM SCORE ranks above the other.

Your current score and ranking can be checked in the “Technical Challenge” tab within the event chapter.
You can also check them on the ONGEKI-NET site under “Events” → the relevant event → “Technical Challenge.”

When playing Technical Challenge target charts, a new judgment tier above CRITICAL BREAK — “PLATINUM CRITICAL BREAK” (hereafter PLATINUM BREAK) — will be displayed.
The display of PLATINUM BREAK can be toggled on or off in the options.
