Regarding problems with card printing

Thank you for playing “Ongeki bright MEMORY Act.3”. We have confirmed that there is a problem with the card printed with “Card Maker Ver.1.35-04”, which has been in operation since May 12, 2022 (Thursday).
This has been corrected in “Card Maker Ver.1.38-22” which started operating on Thursday, March 7, 2024, and it is currently possible to print in normal condition.

Additionally, since the packaging materials used are generally not returned, please take measures with packaging materials that do not need to be returned.
