Notice for GEKI-CHU-MAI-NET Users Considering a Switch to a New Plan or New Brand

This is a notice for customers considering switching to NTT Docomo’s new rate plan “ahamo,” au’s new rate plan “povo,” or the new brand “LINEMO” from LINE and SoftBank, all of which are scheduled to launch in March 2021.

We ask that all customers who are switching to or considering these new rate plans or new brands please read this notice carefully.

<For docomo Users>
“d payment” will continue to be available under Docomo’s new rate plan “ahamo.”
Therefore, customers who are currently registered on this site using “d payment” will be able to continue using the site without interruption even after switching to “ahamo,” as their payment registration will remain active.

<For au Users>
“au Simple Payment” will continue to be available under au’s new rate plan “povo.”
Therefore, customers who are currently registered on this site using “au Simple Payment” will be able to continue using the site without interruption even after switching to “povo,” as their payment registration will remain active.

<For SoftBank Users>
“SoftBank まとめて支払い (まとめて払い)” is scheduled to become available on the new LINE and SoftBank brand “LINEMO” from mid-April 2021.
However, switching from “SoftBank” to “LINEMO” will result in a change to your carrier contract, and all recurring billing registrations under “SoftBank まとめて支払い” will be cancelled.
Therefore, customers who are currently registered on this site using “SoftBank まとめて支払い” will have their monthly billing stopped and will be automatically unsubscribed from this site upon switching to “LINEMO.”
If you are planning to switch to “LINEMO,” please change to another payment method beforehand.
Please also note that “SoftBank まとめて支払い” will not be available on “LINEMO” until mid-April 2021.

Please be aware that carrier email addresses cannot be used with “ahamo,” “povo,” or “LINEMO.”
Please update your registered email address via the “SEGA ID Management Page.”

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
