Regarding a Card Print Issue

Thank you for playing “ONGEKI Re:Fresh”. We have confirmed that some cards printed by “Card Maker Ver.1.39-33”, which went live on Thursday, January 23, 2025, contain an issue.
This has been fixed in “Card Maker Ver.1.39-36”, which went live on Thursday, March 27, 2025, and cards can now be printed correctly.

Issue Details

The following card had an incorrect title assigned to it.

Card Exchange

If you printed a card on or before Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and would like to exchange it for a corrected card, please send 【the defective physical card】 along with 【a note containing the required information for shipping】 to the “ONGEKI ‘DJMAX Card’ Exchange Team”. Once the issue is verified, we will send you a corrected physical card in exchange.

【Important Notes】
・Please send your package using a trackable delivery method (such as courier service) with shipping charges billed to the recipient (collect on delivery).
・The customization settings on the replacement card will match those of the defective physical card.
・If you send your package via regular mail or any other non-trackable method, we will be unable to confirm its arrival, and in the event of loss or other incidents, we cannot guarantee liability or provide compensation.
・Please retain your shipping receipt until the replacement card arrives.
・When packaging the card, please take precautions to prevent water damage, bending, scratches, or soiling — for example, place the card in a plastic bag and sandwich it between cardboard or corrugated board.
Please also note that packaging materials will generally not be returned, so please use materials you do not need back.
・Please allow approximately two weeks for the exchange to be processed.
・Any personal information provided will be used solely for shipping-related purposes.
・If the issue cannot be confirmed, the card you sent may be returned to you. Please be aware of this in advance.
・The exchange deadline is the end of June 2025.
